A Culinary Art Experience

Join us for an informative and unique wine, food, and art experience at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture.  Celebrated local caterers and award-winning wineries present wine + food pairings and attendees get to vote on the “Best Pairing” award.

An educational program precedes the main event in the Southside Theater, Building D, from 4:00 p.,m. to 5:30 p.m. Culinary scientist Ali Bouzari, author of Ingredient: Unveiling The Essential Elements Of Food, leads a fascinating workshop on the sensory inputs associated with flavor, how perception influences flavor impressions, and the fundamental, flavorful building blocks of food.
